- Lot Description
Beautiful antique piece, created in Paris France during the Art-Deco period, circa 1925-1930. This stunning and colorful convertible necklace has been crafted in .900 platinum and 18 kt white gold. It is suited with a bale to wear into a chain and an alternative horizontal hinged pin bar with a lock to wear as a brooch.
It is accompanied by a platinum chain of 18 Inches (45.72 Cm).
Mounted in a nine-prongs setting, with a fancy Calf faceted cut (25 x 25 11 mm) of a natural vivid orange madeira citrine of 32.79 carats.
Embellished, with 18 European round cut diamonds, 0.72 carats G/H color, VS/SI clarity. All diamonds settings are finished with millegrain patterns
Has a total weight of 16.7 Grams and the measure of the drop pendant is 55 mm by 26 mm (2.16 x 1.02 Inches).
Stamped, with French national hallmarks; the dog's head for the assay and guaranty of the Platinum and the eagle's head for the assay of the 18 kt gold.
