The Irish Sketchbook, in 2 volumes. First edition, 1843. "By Mr. M.A. Titmarsh". Chapman and Hall, London; printed by Bradbury and Evans, London. Some discoloration to covers, corners bumped, wear to spines and edges, minor fraying to spines, foxing to first and least few pages, notations in pencil front endpaper volume 1. Provenance: Ximenes Rare Books, New York, 5/11/1982; private collection, New York City; thence by descent. The Rose and The Ring; or, The History of Prince Giglio and Prince Bulbo. A Five-Side Pantomime for Great and Small Children. First edition, 1855. "By Mr. M.A. Titmarsh." Smith, Elder, and Co., London; printed by Bradbury and Evans, London. Front board, front endpaper and back board detached (all present), cloth missing from spine, corners bumped, wear and fraying to edges and spine, notations in pencil and ink front endpaper. Bernhard Tauchnitz, Leipzig. Volume 1 only. Front and back boards partially detached, leather detached at spine, edges and corners bent, fraying to edges and spine, foxing. No volumes 2-3.
