Michael & Causandra Dukepoo, fire opal & turquoise sterling silver cuff bracelet, dragonfly & wood interior, custom ordered 1999, 1-1/8" h x 2-1/2" inside width, 2.71 TO, 1 green stone with minor chip, Taos, NM, Hopi/Laguna/Yaqui (Michael) & Taos (Causandra), husband & wife team collaborates on their jewelry. Michael was educated at the Institute of American Indian Art and the University of New Mexico and learned the jeweler's art from his award winning father Nan Na Ping. Causandra studied at Poeh Arts program and under Nan Na Ping. Their jewelry is contemporary in style and usually features banded mosaic in simple elegant settings.
