John Deere 1026R yard tractor with JD260 backhoe & H120 loader, 6 hours, PIN/EIN 1LV1026RKCH215818, Stock# H077691, unit is from an estate in Princeton, NJ and was examined by a JD Service agency. The hydraulic fuctions were overhauled under the factory warranty as there was excessive water in the system. See the detail on the invoice as attached in images; Not subject to 6% PA Sales Tax if the purchaser fills out a PA Sales Tax Exemption Certificate stating that the occupation is farming. It was bought in Nov 2012 for $21,900 inclusive of attachments.
