1720 Chester County Land Survey by Isaac Taylor, pen and ink on paper, by order of John Estaugh, Attorney for London Land Company, the 200 acre tract adjacent to land owned by John Jones, and Johnathan Evans, with White Clay Creek adjacent. The London Land Company, headed by London merchant Henry Gouldney, purchased 60,000 acres of Pennsylvania, presumably within the first two decades of its settlement. Jacob Taylor, father of Isaac, surveyed 21,500 acres in 1699 purchased by the London Land Company. 11 3/4" x 7", folds, creases, some tears
