The round box lid mounted with a filigree star and Hebrew chai symbol ("Life"), set with eight single-cut diamonds; gold rim with Russian 14k mark; the box embellished with a brown Old-cut diamond, and a sapphire inside the lid. Diam. 2 1/2". With fitted box marked "G. ----? / Joailier / St. Petersbourg." Condition: a few small cracks in box; one gold rim detached
