Maine Built Clipper Ship "Saratoga" leaving Boston, passing the twin lights of Cape Ann (Thacher Island), circa 1850, with pilot boat '5' departing at left; oil on canvas, unsigned, in what may be the original lemon gold molded frame, OS: 29" x 41", SS: 23" x 35". Cleaned and relined, retouched lower corners.
