Beykoz-Ware Turkish Ottoman Period Opaline Glass (6) Piece Condiment Set on Wooden Stand, 19th c., all glass pieces decorated with hand painted flowers and gilt edges, unpolished pontils, on a nicely turned revolving wooden stand with incised floral decoration, Beykoz ware was produced in Istanbul's Beykoz district and Incirlikoy in the 19th c., set includes: handled vinegar and oil vessels with stoppers, 7 1/2" high (each with tiny spout chips); a screw-top shaker, 7 1/4" high (chips to base of top and small finial chip under gilt decoration); a handled and lidded mustard jar, 6 1/2" high (repaired lid break); and (2) small condiment bowls, 1 3/8" high. Gilt losses to all pieces, discoloration to stand.
