- Lot Description
19th c. Mahogany Hepplewhite Desk, two-part, having an upper cabnet with ribbon inlaid edge to lid, tambour cabinet with inlaid swags and urns, concealing three valanced partitions over two drawers in each side, flanked by inlaid columns. The lower cabinet has a fold-out writing surface, over two graduated beaded edge drawers with figured veneer fascias, brass ring pulls having enameled porcelain centers, matching inlaid column stiles, molded lower edge, set on tall tapered square legs with fretwork brackets, 29" to writing surface, 47" x 32" x 20". Good condition, replaced pulls.
