19th c. Stieff Sterling Silver Footed Center Bowl, foldover rim with scalloped edge and intricate hand chased floral decoration on a stippled background, set on a stepped footed base, base engraved with presentation 'Laura Baker, 1875' (purportedly a gift from a member of the Philadelphia Biddle family), 4" high, 13" diam., 34.85 ozt. Surface scratches.
