Marked "Boston Mass. 1934" on the carved looping eel handle; the blade well inked and colored depicting an American eagle between draped US and Canadian flags, a swordfish and shark, elongated American shield and Masonic eye, marked verso: "Painted by K.L. McLean. This swordfish was caught off of St. Paul's Island, Gulf of St. Lawrence". Retains silk rope and tassel hanger. 41" long. Fine condition, collection number inked at tip.
