Gilded and Enameled 84-Silver Belt Buckle, in C.E. Bolin (St. Petersburg jeweler, late 19th c.), presentation box, buckle is stamped "84", "Bolin" in a rectangular cartouche, and with maker's mark 'KI' or 'KL' in an oval cartouche, with pale blue guilloche enamel surface and applied leaf and flower design set with small cut diamonds and red cabochon jewels, in a wooden velvet lined presentation box, interior marked with the Imperial eagle and "C.E. Bolin, ?lier de la Cour", 2" x 1 1/2"; 11.6 dwt tw. Good condition.
