March 1st, 1855, for forty acres in Dixon, Illinois, to Samuel Murray, Certificate 36,551, signed by Pierce as 14th President of the United States, counter signed by J.J. Baldwin as Asst. Secy. Unframed, 9 3/4" x 15 1/2". Paper wafer seal intact, folded.
