- Lot Description
Pair of 18th c. Porcelain Potpourri Jars, in the style of Bow or Derby, with pierced lids and top rims, bird form lid finials, decorated with raised painted masks, applied flowers, and painted insects, unmarked, 9 1/2" high, 5" diam. One has lid rim chip, restoration to "skirted" leaf decoration, firing crack to base; both have flakes to applied flowers.
