- Lot Description
Opposing Oval Profile Bust Portraits of Thomas Buss and Mary Buss (nee Watson), done in 1835, in black cut paper with gold ink detailing, having notations on back in period, giving birth dates of '28 Sept 1797' and '22nd March 1795' respectively. In matching black lacquer panel frames with brass bezels, domed glass and brass acorn hangers. OS: 5 1/2" x 4 5/8", SS: 3 3/8" x 2 5/8". Light edge staining to Thomas.
