Hand Colored Portraits of Marie-Anne Charlotte Corday (1768-1793), assassin of Marat during the revolution, by Pierre Michel Alix (1762-1817) & Francois Fenelon, (1651-1715), Archbishop of Cambrai and author of "The Education of Girls", unsigned. Both circa 1800, in modern black stick frames, matted and glazed, OS: 15 1/2" x 13 1/4", SS: 12" x 10" oval. Foxing.
