- Lot Description
Pair of Late 19th c. Copeland Porcelain Tazzas, with figural parian bases of kneeling women supporting oval bowls with molded, reticulated rims, interior of each bowl with hand painted topographic Swiss scenes - Lake Maggiore and Grunenwald, marked on base in red: 'Grunenwald' and 'Lake of Maggiore', 11 1/4" high, 9 3/4" x 7 1/2". Maggiore bowl has repaired break and hairline crack. Grunenwald bowl is detached from base which has one tiny chip.
