Three scrapbooks covering his entire career, 1877-1923; Milan, Paris & Metropolitan Opera star, Director of the Verdi Grand Opera School, NYC. PLUS costume photos, one signed. (8) Cabinet cards of Del Papa and Bettini. PLUS engraved silver plaque from 1888 testimonial. Scrapbooks have every clipping from his first one-sentence mention in his home town to his death, many programs and other performance related ephemera. 100s of pages, the first two leatherbound, the third in cloth with gilt title 'Dante Del-Papa, Ricordi Artistici'. Good condition.
