Newcomb College Matte Glazed Carved Art Pottery Vase, 1914, decorated with freesia by Henrietta Bailey, in a baluster shape, marked with the Newcomb cipher, Joseph Meyers potter mark, shape 179, GO68, and circle B (for buff clay body), 8 5/8" high, 4 3/4" diam. Very good condition, with no chips, cracks or other damage.
