Sepik River Kundu Dance Drum, Papua, New Guinea, early 20th c., in typical slender hourglass form with relief carving having polychrome decoration at bottom, lizard skin head (split), tar daubed joint, 36 1/2" x 5" diam. Nice age and use patina.
