Louis Napoleon Bonaparte, President of the French Second Republic (1848-1852) and, as Napoleon III, the Emperor of the Second French Empire (1852-1870). Baccarat/Clichy, circa 1850-60, unmarked, with Sulphide profile bust portrait; clear set on a translucent emerald green footed base, 2 7/8" diam. Light surface scratches.
