Mid-19th c. Copper & Zinc Weathervane by J. Howard & Co., West Bridgewater, MA (active 1850-68), with zinc arrow, riveted sheet copper lyre & scroll, and copper star, with old paint, old leaf and verdigris surface, on custom metal stand, 21" high, 39 1/2" W, 6" wide stand. Surface wear, no repairs. Reference: "Spiritually Moving", by Tom Geismar & Harvey Kahn, #57, for like example.
