- Lot Description
19th c. Ovoid Jar with high squared shoulder, decorated in blue & white clusters of cherry blossoms, 'crackle' pattern blue field, under glaze blue double ring inside shallow foot, lacking porcelain lid, had replacement reticulated wooden lid, now in fragments with part missing, on wooden stand. Jar alone is 8" x 6 1/2". Very good condition. Provenance: From the estate of Hugo & Nathalie Weisgall, Rockport, Maine.
