Rosewood Veneer, probably English, circa 1880, with working lock and key, opening to a wine velvet slanted writing surface, each leaf concealing a storage compartment, and with places for two missing ink bottles, covered pen tray. 4" x 11 3/4" x 8 1/2". Needs refinishing, velvet worn.
