19th c. Child's Wool Needlework on Card, marked "Grunbaum" and with the Hebrew and Georgian date of 1886, having the double-headed eagle crest of the Austro-Hungarian Empire at top, flanked by trees, striped columns and a multitude of mythological creatures, many with Hebrew inscriptions. In wooden frame, under glass, OS: 19" x 24 1/2", SS: 17" x 22 1/2". Toned, folded, cracks, stains, faded.
