- Lot Description
19th c. Mixed Metal Islamic Style Ewer by Gorham, hand hammered surface with slender silver spout, central silver band with embossed floral design, hinged ball shaped lid with silver top finial, base engraved 'H' flanked by dates 1858 and 1883, base stamped 'Gorham Co., F19' with date letter P (for 1883) and Gorham shield with anchor mark, 13" high, 6 1/2" x 4 3/4". Body dent near base.
