14K Yellow Gold Open Face Pocketwatch marked E. Howard & Co. Boston, #1178700, with presentation on interior lid dated 1917, Art Deco monogram on back cover WCE, 1 7/8" diam. Appears to be running. Dial chipped, hairline cracks. Stored for many years.
