18K Yellow Gold Patek Philippe & Co. Open Face Pocketwatch, retailed by Spaulding & Co. Chicago, #173740, 20 jewel movement, with engraved presentation 1915 on inside cover, monogram NWH on back cover, in original case, 1 7/8" diam. Good overall condition, ultra fine hairline in dial, running condition. Has been stored for many years.
