West Persia, late 19th c., large lobed midnight blue diamond medallion, with matching anchor pendants, with flowerheads and palmettes in blue-green, terra cotta, sage green and gold, set on a tan field, large terra cotta spandrels decorated with various birds, trees and flowerheads, meandering vine and palmette border. 6" hole on one side, various tears, holes, gouges, selvage loss, repairs.
