- Lot Description
Georgian Period Mahogany Case with flush mounted brass handle on top. Two cabinet doors with string inlaid ovals and flame mahogany faces, having internal shelves for square glass bottles, revealing rack of five bottles over full width shallow drawer. Two deep drawers flanking two shallow drawers with secondary sliding lids, left hand deep drawer contains glass mortar and pestle, right hand drawer has four open round holders. Total of five large, seven medium and one small bottles with glass stoppers are present, one large bottle is broken in half. The back has a sliding panel with four felt lined compartments. 10 1/4" x 11 1/2" x 7". Lock but no key, right door does not stay closed.
