19th c. Staffordshire Black Transferware Meat Platter with well, in the London Pattern by Powell, Bishop & Stonier, registered May 6, 1882, Aesthetic design decoration with an image of Trafalgar Square set amidst birds and foliage, with PB&S man with umbrella trademark, London pattern mark, and English registry mark on base, 19 5/8" x 15 1/2", 2 1/2" high. Good condition, minor discoloration on rim and base.
