- Lot Description
Early 19th c. Dome Top Painted Bride's Box, with exuberant polychrome bird, flower, swag and star decoration, unfinished back, wire top handle and remnants of original wire snipe hinges, iron lock escutcheon and part of original hasp, 12" high, 19" x 13 1/2". Paint losses, hinges detached, missing lower portion of hasp, shrinkage cracks, old lid edge repair near one hinge.
