Framed 18th c. Florentine Hand-painted Hand Fan, probably a birth commemorative, with woman seated at center on a wooden platform, presenting her infant to friends, flanked by other arrivals and having a lakeside village and mountains in the background, housed in a later carved giltwood shadowbox frame, under glass, with silk brocade mount, the fan itself is 10 1/2" x 19 1/2", the frame is 15 1/2" x 25", minor losses.
