19th c. Two-Part Senufo Birthing Chair, Ivory Coast, beautifully formed, with a carved figure of a water carrier top center (and full length in bas relief down the reverse side), overall geometric relief carving with twin ibex at center, 16", 38 1/2", 20" x 39". Missing a portion of the right arm of the figure at top, wear from age and use.
