19th c. Double Sided Folding Hand Fan, with hand painted scenes of Macau, and painted figural panels with applied faces and fabric robes, green lacquer pierced sticks with gilded decoration of flowers, trees and houses, in a fitted black lacquer hinged lid case with gilded figural decoration and silk lining, fan: 11 1/4" long, case: 12 3/4" long, 2 1/4" x 1 3/4". Fan minor wear/abrasions at folds; box base edge and underside lacquer losses, interior wear.
