Hudson Valley Landscape, the Ramapo Valley, oil on canvas, signed lower right and dated 1864, showing a train from the Erie Railroad, constructed in 1841, and the Michael Shultz House, built in 1814 using bricks hauled up from Haverstraw, NY. In gold painted cove frame, OS: 17" x 25", SS: 11 1/2" x 19 1/2". One small repaired puncture upper right in cloud.
