- Lot Description
Period Carved Mahogany Wall Clock with original gilt wood eagle finial, painted dial signed "Aaron Willard, Jr., Boston", under original old glass, 8 day weight driven time only brass movement, refinished case having carved leaves and scrolls flanking the gilt and white eglomise lyre form glass at throat, matching lower glass, split pendant integral lower bracket, 42" x 11 1/2" x 4". Fine condition, some loss to gilding on eagle.
