Aaron Willard Jr. Patent Banjo Clock, Boston, circa 1815, mahogany case with gilt rope-molded frames encasing the reverse painted glasses, scrollwork and fruit basket throat, lower panel pastoral scene with cottage and church, brass piercework flanges, Arabic numeral painted iron dial signed Aaron Willard, Boston. Brass eight-day time-only movement, with recoil escapement, weight, and brass-faced pendulum, original crank key, 29" x 10-1/4" x 3-1/4". Missing eagle finial, otherwise fine condition.
