Continental tea strainer with engraved, reticulated handle and applied reticulated decoration around strainer, possibly Italian or Hanau made, hallmarks to top of handle and (3) eight pointed stars under handle, 7" long, 4" wide, one decorated tip missing; Apostle spoon with hallmarks for Chester, 1907, maker mark obliterated, engraved 'S.
