- Lot Description
19th c. Haviland Limoges French Porcelain (3) Piece Nautical Design Coffee Set, with triangular shape, braided twist handles and molded sailor's knot decoration around handles, in white porcelain with 22K gold trim decoration, all pieces marked with Haviland & Co. round blue mark and 'H & Co' green mark, impressed with English registry marks indicating an 1879 manufacture date, Coffee pot: 9 1/2" high, 8 1/2" wide; Lidded sugar: 6 1/4" high, 4 3/4" wide; Creamer: 5 3/4" high, 4 1/4" wide. Very minor gilding loss to handles, otherwise excellent condition.
