Group of (3) Pieces of Grand Tour Era Replica Roman Terracotta Pottery, made in Arezzo, Tuscany, in the manner of ancient Roman works by Marcus Perennius Tigranus, with relief molded Classical figural decoration, incl: Pyskter or footed bowl, molded with images of amorous couples, also molded 'Perenni' in rectangular cartouche, foot with incised '5', 5 1/4" high, 7" diam.; Footed bowl, with relief molded images of mermen, sirens riding sea creatures, and dolphins, also molded 'Perenn. Ticaani' in rectangular cartouche, foot stamped with mark of 'Gaspero Ceccherini, Arezzo', 4 3/4" high, 7 7/8" diam., rim chip; and Two-handled cup, with relief molded images of cherubs driving chariots, also molded 'M. Peren' and 'Tigrani' in rectangular cartouches, foot stamped with mark of 'Gaspero Ceccherini, Arezzo', 2 1/2" high, 6 1/2" x 4 1/2". Good condition, except as noted.
