Lot of (2) Vintage Cased Violins with bows, including: Early 20th c. copy of a Guarneri violin from the workshop of Oskar Hermann Seidel, 23 1/2" long, and two bows, one marked 'Made in Germany', one missing end tip, in case, all pieces in need of restoration; and a Violin marked 'Joseph Guarnerius fecit Cremona 1730, IHS', a copy of an original, in tiger maple, with a 1983 insurance valuation of $400.00, 23 1/2" long, back: 14" x 8", some cracks to top, with two bows, one marked 'Japan', and the other unmarked.
