Northeast Persia, early 20th c: 1) A Baluch Bagface featuring a single 'Memling' gul in royal blue, dark brown and rosy red. Set on a rust red field with navy blue border. 2) A Baluch Rug with column of (5) 'Memling' guls in royal blue, red and ivory. Set on a midnight blue field, multi-colored rosette border. Bagface has side loss, rug is in good condition with minor moth damage.
