Document boldly signed by Napoleon as Emperor, counter-signed by the French Minister of Justice, Claude Ambroise Régnier, duc de Massa, (1746-1814) and the Secretary of State, Pierre-Antoine-Noël-Mathieu Bruno Daru, (1767-1829).
