Get an insider’s perspective on the exceptional work of Didier William, the Haitian-born, Philadelphia-based painter, printmaker and sculptor who has received national acclaim for his vibrant work. His bold, patterned, mixed-media works are informed by his Haitian heritage, and use form and narrative to question issues of race, gender, identity and history.
Enjoy a visit (for up to six people) with Didier, The Print Center’s Executive Director Liz Spungen and Jensen Bryan Curator Lauren Rosenblum, at his Crane Building studio, and receive a signed copy of his monograph Didier William: Nou Kite Tout Sa Dèyè (2023). After the visit, the conversation will continue at Suraya, where the chef will create a delicious tasting menu especially for you. Date and time to be arranged.
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. All works will be shipped from Philadelphia, PA. Items may be picked up at The Print Center at no additional cost. Winning bidders will be contacted by The Print Center on Tuesday, December 10, to arrange shipping or pickup. For any questions, please contact benefit@printcenter.org.
