  Sienna Hawk, Riding the Thermals, Copper, Jewelry, Ear Cuff This ear accessory is inspired by raptors, such as hawks and vultures, soaring together in flocks riding natural air thermals. During migration, the birds use this technique, called kettling, to conserve energy and increase in altitude. They will glide effortlessly from thermal to thermal during their long journeys. This ear cuff does not require a piercing and is lightweight and comfortable on the ear. As you move your body, the piece makes a soft clink that only you can hear.
