Grey cloth, red lettering, illustrated jacket.A presentation copy from the author, a Russian-born classical violinist, for Sammy Davis Jr., inscribed on the verso of the front free-endpaper: "To Sammy Davis, Jr., one of the most gifted, talented performers on any stage. Has personality, individuality, and originality. With the very best wishes, Sol Kosarin"; and on the verso of the half-title: "So many gods, so many creeds, so many paths that wind & wind, when just the art of being kind is all this sad world needs. Sol Kosarin"; title page with ownership stamp of Sammy Davis Jr. (the stamp reproduces his signature).
