27cm x 21.5cm. xiv, 154 pages, 18 colour plates, 1 folding panorama, maps and black and white illustrations in the text, [4] advertisements. Quarter cloth, illustrated papered boards.Some insect damage to spine. Staining to cloth and occasionally internally at gutter. Fair Condition

A packing and handling charge of AU$10 for single book and small groups of lots applies. Large box lot(s) are charged at AU$20 per box. Large and fragile lots billed per half-hour.
Postage costs are charged at our contract carrier rates on top of the handling fee and shipped via the most practical carrier, usually Australia Post or FedEx, though other couriers may be used. Standard and express services are available.
