27.5cm x 18.5cm. xii, 1308; 1349 pages, 2 volumes, frontispieces, black and white illustrations and maps in the text. Full leather, gilt lettering, all edges marbled.Moderate shelf wear. Rubbing to joints, lower joint of volume 1 and upper joint of volume 2 just starting to crack at crown. Minor tanning, foxing, soiling. Good Condition.
