Prince Dande Lion: A Garden Whim-Wham
Sydney: Ure Smith, 1953.
25cm x 19cm. [x], 117 pages, 4 colour plates, black and white illustrations in the text (some full page). Quarter cloth, original papered boards, illustrated jacket.Illustrated story by the author and illustrator of the classic gumnut babies, and Snugglepot and Cuddlepie. This first edition copy in the scarce illustrated jacket. MUIR 2790.
Slightly cocked. Minor tanning to boards. Tape stains to endpapers. The first 20 leaves with some tears to the margins. Small chips and tears to jacket edges. Good Condition.
